Thoughtful planning and durable workmanship guide the work from start to finish.
About the crew
We’re here to make the hard part feel handled.
Dudes with Screws is a residential renovation crew built around straightforward communication, practical problem-solving, and work that holds up to the way people actually live.
Our story
A crew with a simple standard: do the work like it matters.
A renovation can be exciting—and it can get complicated fast. We built Dudes with Screws around the idea that homeowners deserve a crew that speaks plainly, keeps the plan moving, and respects the place they’re working in.
That means showing up prepared, paying attention to the details that affect daily life, and making room for real questions along the way. No mystery, no unnecessary runaround.
Leadership you can count on
Built on service. Backed by experience.
Dudes with Screws is owned by military veterans and former public servants who bring the lessons of their careers to every project: quality work, trustworthiness, and a result that feels genuinely fulfilling.
With more than 25 years of combined construction experience, the owners bring practical know-how to interior and exterior renovations—from the first conversation through the finished details.
Trustworthiness
Clear communication, dependable follow-through, and respect for your home are non-negotiable.
